Peach Chia Seed Pudding
Try this healthy alternative to sugary puddings. It tastes like vanilla pudding with a hint of peach.

Tater's Ranch Dressing
I love my salads and I LOVED ranch dressing. When I started my health journey I knew that I needed to change what I put on my salads. This recipe is wonderful, make it with all organic ingredients.

My Love for the Foxfire Books
FOXFIRE
I discover the foxfire books in the 80s, and fell in love them then, and that love relationship has grown through the years. The books are a flash back to my folks (def. folk (plural noun) people, especially people of the same type); most of whom have gone on to heaven now, and those books continue to bring back that past world to me.

My Shoe Prayer
This morning’s spiritual question:
Have you ever had a “George Muller” answered
prayer? Describe it.
(George Muller, a 19th century founder of
children’s orphanages who confided in God, and God alone, for his and the
orphanages needs. Never letting on to
anyone, out side of God, what those needs were. )

Down Black Dog, Down!
Today my Father God confirmed plainly to me the reasons to
ignore my screaming flesh and go to church…

A Week's Worth of Juicing
Someone asked me recently, "how many vegetables and fruits do you juice in a weeks time?"

Bowls
Bowls
In every culture past or present it is obvious that women
love their bowls. Artifacts tell so much
about a community and even more precise about the persons who own them.

Snowflakes Falling in a Heated Pool
Snowflakes Falling in a Heated Pool
I was floating face up in a heated pool in the middle of
winter and it began to snow. The only
thing above water was my face; everything else was under the warmth. I had been floating for over an hour just
staring up into the star filled sky listening to the muted laughter of my best
friend and our children playing. She was
allowing me to fade from reality and was entertaining my son whose life, along
with mine, had again been crushed.

Creamed Asparagus Soup
Creamed Asparagus Soup
It has been down right cold here the past couple of days and
hot soup is always my answer to a comfy way to warm up. I call this soup creamed even though it doesn’t
have any milk products in it. It still tastes amazingly creamy because the rotisserie chicken broth recipe I use is so full of flavor. I love to make a toasted grilled cheese with Ezekiel
Bread, Butter, and organic Pepper Jack.
Good stuff!

Queen of the Sun
Queen of the Sun
I watched this film last night, very amazing visuals and an eye opener to what is going on with our vital resource. We are wanting to start our own backyard bee colony this spring. It saddens me to think what we have done with what God has given us to care for but I am encouraged at the same time that there are those in our world that are willing to reverse that damage.
Synopsis: Bees are a barometer of the health
of the world, and with the current Colony Collapse Disorder, we are in a state
of emergency. Once a sacred partnership, the bond between humans and bees has
become a profit-driven exploitation. Here, the unsung heroes dedicated to the
survival of bees are highlighted: from poets and philosophers to scientists and
shamans, from political activists to biodynamic beekeepers. In 1923, he
predicted that the continued practice of artificial queen bee-breeding would
bring about the demise of the honeybee. Now, pesticides, herbicides, and
genetically engineered plants exacerbate the problem, and the current bee crisis
confirms Steiner's dire predictions.
